外壁は通常の木造の外に無垢のれんがを積むという豪華な計画です。
そのため基礎の厚さは３００ｍｍ近くもあります。

大雨続きで建て方が延び延びになっていました。
基礎の内部は防水性抜群な証拠に金魚を放ってもよいようないけす状態。
これからポンプを使って残らず掻い出します。

明日は待ちに待った建て方です。
いよいよ立体のお出ましです。

The outer wall is a luxurious plan of placing innocent bricks outside the wooden frame.

トランシットを覗いて指示を飛ばしているのはリーダー。
ちょうど捨てコン打設が終わって墨出しをしています。
「捨てコン」とはこれから鉄筋組立、型枠の基準となる位置の表示（墨といいます）を
記すための水平面をつくる鉄筋の入っていないコンクリート床のことです。
それでも外壁のＲに沿い、美しい仕上がりとなっています。
隠れてしまうからと言って手を抜かない・・・・。
なかなかやり手の基礎屋さんですね。

建築というのはその設計がうまくなくても図さえあればそれなりにできてしまうものです。
多くの職人たちはパートに分かれて技術力を発揮していきます。
その時点で完成の姿をイメージしているわけではありません。
建築はパートの集積ですがすべてのバランスを取り、
完成を仕組んでおくことが設計であり、デザインです。
また、完成後は住まい手のみならず社会性を持ちます。

その分だけ設計者の責任は重大です。
すべて計算されつくした整ったバランスの姿を「美しい」と評価されます。
そして、はじめて存在が許されます。

外観模型の作成はとても重要なデザイン工程です。

Even if the design is not good, construction can be done if there is a architectural plan.
Many craftsmen exercise their technical skills by profession.
However,they are not imagining the appearance of completion at that time.
Architecture is the accumulation of parts.
the design is to balance everything and see the completed figure first.
Moreover, it has social property after completion.

The responsibility of the designer is very important.
All calculated buildings are rated "beautiful".
And it will be recognized for the first time.

The appearance model is a very important design process.

無垢のれんがを遠慮なく使って良い・・・・・・、
頑張っている私に神様がくれたご褒美のような条件。

１８世紀のイギリス様式のれんが造りではなく、
「壁」という要素を純化したデザイン表現としたいと思います。

道行く散歩者にも優しく映る曲線の壁、
その向こうにはめ込まれた木の箱。

そんなイメージです。

熊も出る大自然からショッピングモールまで何でもありの軽井沢。
この敷地は環境に開くことが普通に考えるとできません。
唯一開放的な全面道路はハイシーズンともなると大渋滞とのこと。
「そらみろ！さあどうする？」

道路から見ると柔らかに曲線を描くれんが積みの壁で生活空間を遮蔽してしまいましょう。
玄関からホール、キッチンからダイニング、そして空に開くリビングに至ります。
導線に従い床はスキップしていき、そして、空を見ます。

Bear comes out.
There is a big shopping mall.

This site is very difficult to design.
The road in front of this house has traffic congestion during the high season.
"What are you going to do?"

Where you can see from the road, bricks that draw a gentle curve, let's hide the living space with walls.
From the entrance to the hall, from the kitchen to the dining, and to the living open to the sky.

れんがをこよなく愛するオーナーからご依頼をいただきました。無垢れんがを積み上げたい・・・・。
19世紀的というよりも20世紀前半に花開いたモダニズム的にれんがを扱いたいと思いました。

アールトのセイナッツアロ村役場、ライトのロビー邸のれんが壁、憧れです。「れんがをふんだんに使うこと」なんといううれしい要望。

軽井沢の大通りに面した敷地です。多い交通量が気にならず、きれいな青空とカラマツの頂のつくる風景を取り込んだ、美しく織りなすれんが壁の家、イメージが湧いてきました。

I got a request from an owner who loves bricks. I would like to stack solid bricks.
I wanted to deal with bricks like modernism that prospered during the first half of the 20th century rather than in the 19th century.

Aleut 's Seinaz Alo village hall, Frank Lloyd Wright' s brick wall in the lobby mansion, I adore. "Using plenty of bricks" is the highest happy request.

It is the site facing the main street of Karuizawa. I do not mind many traffic volume. A beautifully woven brick wall house incorporating beautiful blue sky and the landscape of larch top. The image came up.
